Located in the alley. Taste acceptable but I would prefer if they put more ginger, and also more peanuts filling. It was not crowded when I went there. Also be prepared with street mucisian. Ambience : 7 / 10Food : 7 / 10Service : 6 / 10Price : 8 / 10

It is a very authentic kind of ronde, a traditional drink made from ginger tea and glutinous rice balls. It is so unique because no other ronde is like the one Jago serves. You can taste the freshness of the orange peel sweets, the chrunciness of the roasted peanut and the surprise of the glutinous rice ball filling. A bowl will not be enough. They also offer batagor and other snacks. The place is always full but waiting is worth doing. Going to Salatiga without taking time to Ronde Jago is not enjoying Salatiga indeed.Please make sure you are not queue in at prime time, as it may take you an hour or so to enjoy it.

It's one of the iconic culinary spots of Salatiga. The ingredients of Ronde Jago is indeed different from others, and they also sell Batagor/Siomay. The inconvenient part is when you go here in holiday season, it is so crowded and the waiting list is over too much. You're gonna wait at least 1-2 hours to get your food served.

One of the best rondes I ever tasted. It also comes with a fairly cheap price. I suggest making more seats (probably outside) because it's almost always crowded at night.

Must visit resto if you come to salatiga. Be patient if you come to this resto at the peak hours, you can wait for 30 minutes minimum.

I think this is one of well known place to get Ronde in Salatiga. Lots of people from out of town came to this place. It’s really nice to have Ronde drink at night. It’ll warm up your body.

Delicious!There's a hint of orange, soft boiled peanuts, soft mochi with peanut filling, seaweed jelly (?), well balance flavor of ginger and other spices ❤Must visit! It could warm your body. However you must be aware of the long queue.

3x went there on saturday night and the shop-owner always say: you have to wait 45-60 minutes. WTH after I waited patiently, the taste wasn't up to the legendary name. Not hot, not gingery, and the peanuts were soggy, yet quite pricey. Overrated I guess.

Yes, i love ronde. The candy, the ginger tea, and everything i cant name. The atmosphere inside market is nice, lit, and clean. Good service and fast queue. It is quite romantic you know, to bring your significant one here. But also you could bring your friend here. Legendary ronde vendor.

Best Wedang Ronde in Salatiga. A drink that is made of mix sweet ginger water. Affordable price. Make sure that you come earlier to avoid the lines. And hopefully they would add more space. Would def. go there again next time =)

I rate it OK since I used to love ronde served by this tenant. However just now I don't think it's as good as before. The ginger soup was a bit bland, ronde balls didn't have enough filling, and it wasn't quite hot. Still, it definitely a popular tenant, even foreign tourists enjoy a sip there.

Tbh, I'm not into Ronde but this one, the rich taste of the ronde so different from any other ronde. There are also some snacks to eat with. The prices are worth the taste.

Good place to enjoy Indonesian traditional dessert, it contains Ronde, nuts, ginger extract, jelly, and some white seaweed with a little bit citrus taste. Nice to have it at night time.
